Description de la mission

The CFO will be responsible for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.  Obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

         ·            Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance team.

         ·            Provide strategic recommendations to the President/CEO, Sr. VP and members of the executive team.

         ·            Manage the process for forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of the monthly financial reporting.

         ·            Improve cost accounting.

         ·            Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.

         ·            Manage the capital requests.

         ·            Dept. reporting to the Directors and help them understand managing their budgets.

         ·            Advising on short term and long term business and financial planning.

         ·            Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local, state and federal tax returns.

         ·            Prepare and maintain board minutes.

         ·            Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

         ·            Reporting to the Group (parent company)

         ·            Perform other essential duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the President, CEO,

Sr. VP or the Group.

 

Working Conditions
The CFO primarily works in an office environment.  Appropriate safety procedures for all areas must be followed.  Will travel occasionally internationally as well as within the US. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages and directs personnel. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include safety, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Profil

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or economics. 

·         5+ years in a similar position, manufacturing preferred.

·         Experience in the medical devices or similar industry is also     valuable.

·         Outstanding communication and presentations skills.

·         Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem solving skills.

·         Well organized and self-directed.

·         Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

·         High integrity and honesty.
